Does Headphone Disco provide the music?

If you are hiring headphone rental alone, you will need to provide your own music.

If you are looking for Headphone Disco to provide more support, including a DJ, you can book a Full Show to let Headphone Disco provide a silent headphone disco that you and your guests won’t forget.

How do I play music through the headphones?

With the option to play music on up to three separate channels, Headphone Disco hire is perfect for a customised listening experience which will suit all of your guests.
Setup is simple. Using the cables provided, attach three separate music devices to each individual transmitter, make sure each transmitter is on a different station. Hold both orange buttons on the headphones to power on. Tap the left button to increase the volume, long hold to decrease. Tap the right button to cycle through the stations. Hold the right button only to power off.

How many devices do I need to play music?

To use all 3 channels, you will need 3 separate music devices.

What kind of devices can I use to play music?

Apple and Android devices can be used with an adapter, and laptops and ipads can also be used. Our equipment uses mini jack/aux or RCA connections. 

Do I need a converter for my device?

Depending on your device, yes. Our equipment uses mini jack/aux or RCA connections.

Do the headphones come fully charged?

Our headphones are powered by regular AAA batteries and tested prior to being sent to you. We do provide some spare batteries so you can swap them out to a fully charged pair within seconds to keep the party going! 

When will I receive delivery of my rental?

All orders are expected to arrive 2-3 days before your event date. You will receive a confirmation email with your orders tracking number and other vital information when your package is scheduled to ship.

How and when will my rental be collected?

Typically, the headphones are delivered around two days prior to your rental date and collected on the next working day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Can delivery and collection be from different addresses?

Yes. Please make sure to include these details in your booking to make sure our team know where to drop off and pick up your Headphone Disco rental.
